Philip de Goya (legally known as Philip Mastrippolito) is a cartoonist, illustrator and musician.
He graduated from the University of the Arts (Uarts) in 2015 with a BFA in Drawing and Painting.
He currently lives in Philadelphia, PA with his cat, Angie.
